China's Continuing Education in the New Era:Problems and Countermeasures

继续教育在构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系中发挥着重要作用。面对新时代我国教育改革和发展的新要求,要推动并实现职业教育、高等教育和继续教育的协同创新发展,首先需要继续教育自身实现充分发展。文章分析了当前我国继续教育存在的主要矛盾,梳理了改革创新的主要任务,论述了继续教育改革发展需要破解的体制机制障碍。

Continuing education plays an important role in establishing a modern education system of lifelong learning.In the face of new requirements for China's education reform and development in the new era,it is imperative for continuing education to achieve full development on its own so as to promote and achieve the collaborative and innovative development of vocational education,higher education,and continuing education.This paper analyzes the major problems in China's continuing education,outlines the main tasks of reform and innovation,and discusses how to remove institutional barriers in the reform and development of continuing education.
