On the Construction of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the Course Human Resource Management in Adult Colleges and Universities

从思政课程到课程思政,是思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程的重大举措,文章针对成人高校学生的特点,以人力资源管理课程为研究对象,从课程思政元素的融入,课程内容的建设,课程手段、方法、考核的设计等方面,探索人力资源管理课程思政的有效途径,实现三全育人的教育目的,帮助学生全面发展,积极引导学生树立正确的三观,达到协同育人的效应。

From ideological and political courses to curriculum ideology and politics is a major initiative to integrate ideological and political work into the whole process of education and teaching.Focusing on the characteristics of adult college students,and taking the course human resource management as the research subject,this paper tries to explore an effective way to implement curriculum ideology and politics in human resource management by means of integrating ideological and political elements into the course,constructing content of courses,designing teaching means,methods and evaluation,etc.It can truly achieve the educational purpose of fostering character and civic virtue,helping students develop in an all-round way,and actively guiding students in fostering the right world outlook,views on life and values so as to achieve the synergistic effect of educating people.
