建设共赢的社区英语学习共同体——以石景山社区学院冬奥英语公益项目为例

Building an All-Win Community-Based English Learning Community:Illustrated with the Public Welfare English Learning Program for Beijing Winter Olympics in Shijingshan Community College

北京市石景山社区学院的公益英语项目已持续了20载。北京取得冬奥申办权后,学院为满足社区和个人发展需求又开展了冬奥英语项目,通过推广冰雪运动、提升社区居民特别是老年人的外语和数字素养,学院在促进社区学习共同体建设、推动终身学习等方面发挥了积极作用。

The public welfare English learning program launched by Beijing Shijingshan Community College has lasted 20 years.After Beijing's successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics,the college launched an English learning program for it in response to the needs of personal and community development.By promoting winter sports,improving the English ability and digital literacy of the local residents,especially of the seniors,the college has played an active role in constructing a community-based learning community,promoting lifelong learning and soon.
