英语学习无聊情绪及调节策略研究概述

摘要 学习者的情绪对英语学习成效有重要影响。根据控制—价值理论,外语学习无聊情绪是一种消极的情绪状态,对学习成效具有负面影响,会削弱学业成就。鉴于此,文章旨在概述英语学习无聊情绪及其调节策略的研究,增进英语作为外语的学习者对相关调节策略使用现状的了解,以减少英语学习中无聊情绪的负面影响,增加英语学习的积极情绪体验,对英语教师培养学习者在英语学习过程中运用各种策略减轻无聊等消极情绪具有重要借鉴意义。 Learners'emotions have a great impact on English learning effectiveness.According to the Control-Value Theory,foreign language learning boredom is a negative emotional state that has a negative impact on learning performance and undermines academic a⁃chievement.In view of this,this paper aims to provide an overview of the research on English learning boredom and its regulation strate⁃gies,and to enhance English learners'understanding of the current status of the use of related regulation strategies,so as to reduce the negative impact of boredom in English learning and increase the positive emotional experience of English learning.It is also of significant importance for English teachers to foster learner's use of various strategies to alleviate boredom in the process of English learning.
