从建设到治理:新建本科院校学科发展的路径转向 被引量:1

From Construction to Governance:the Path of Discipline Development in Newly-built Undergraduate Institutions

摘要 学科工作对大学发展具有重大意义,以其发展历程来看,从建设走向治理是学科发展的必然。新建本科院校学科发展中存在诸多问题,需要仔细审视学科治理的战略核心作用,深入思考如何发挥学科治理的牵引推动作用,实现学科发展的路径转向。为此,在学科发展工作中要紧紧围绕学科治理核心的作用,实现从学科建设向学科治理的目标转变;确立学科治理理念,明晰学科治理地位;找准学科治理关键,处理好学科治理与学校治理的关系,推动新建本科院校高水平、特色化发展。 Discipline is of great significance to the development of a university.From the perspective of de-velopment,it is inevitable to move from construction to governance.There are many problems in the devel-opment of disciplines in newly built undergraduate institutions.It is necessary to carefully examine the strate-gic core role of discipline governance,deeply think about how to exert the leading and promoting role of dis-cipline governance,and realize the change of discipline development path.Therefore,the core role of disci-pline governance should be focused on in discipline development,and the goal change from discipline con-struction to discipline governance shoule be realized.Thus it is supposed to establish the idea of discipline governance and clarify the status of discipline governance,identify the key of discipline governance,handle the relationship between discipline governance and school governance,and promote the high-level character-istic development of newly built undergraduate institutions.
