PM_(2.5)影响2型糖尿病分子机制的研究进展

摘要 大气PM_(2.5)污染暴露可对人体健康产生多种不良影响,其中,促进糖尿病发生发展是其影响健康的重要途径。本文继细述了PM_(2.5)主要通过氧化应激、炎症反应、线粒体功能障碍、内质网应激等分子机制影响2型糖尿病发生发展之后,探讨了铁死亡可能参与PM_(2.5)致2型糖尿病发生发展的进程,并指出了深入研究PM_(2.5)致2型糖尿病发生发展机制的紧迫性,以期为相关部门的科学决策和为新学者提供基础科学资料。 Exposure of atmospheric PM_(2.5) pollution has a variety of adverse effects on human health,among which promoting the occurrence and development of diabetes is an important way to affect health.In this review,after elaborating that PM_(2.5) affects the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mainly through molecular mechanisms,such as oxidative stress,inflammatory reaction,mitochondrial dysfunction and endoplasmic reticulum stress,we have also discussed that ferroptosis might participate in the process of the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes caused by PM_(2.5) exposure,and pointed out that it was urgent to further study the underlying molecular mechanisms of the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes caused by PM_(2.5).The aim is to provide basic scientific information for both scientific decision-making of the relevant departments and newcomers in this researching field.
