摘要
急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是由多因素引起的肾功能急速下降的临床综合征。AKI发病机制复杂,且在临床上缺乏有效的治疗手段。近年来,功能代谢组学探究AKI的发病机制已成为新的研究热点,与传统代谢组学不同,功能代谢组学可在疾病发现差异代谢物基础上,明确阐明疾病发生的病理生理机制。本文结合近几年研究成果,总结了代谢组学几大分支在AKI中的研究进展,重点探讨了各代谢物调控分子通路变化,以期为AKI的早期预防及治疗提供理论依据。
Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a clinical syndrome of rapid decline in renal function caused by multiple factors.There aren’t many effective treatments available in clinical practice,and its pathophysiology is complicated.In recent years,functional metabolomics has become a new research focus to explore the pathogenesis of AKI.Functional metabolomics,in contrast to standard metabolomics,uses the identification of distinct metabolites in disease to clearly define the pathophysiological process of disease occurrence.In order to provide a theoretical foundation for the early prevention and treatment of AKI,this study highlights the scientific development of many areas of metabolomics in AKI,focusing on modifications of metabolite regulating molecular pathways.
