河北巨鹿金银花根际土壤微生物多样性及营养物质分析

Analysis of rhizosphere soil microbial diversity and nutrient content of Julu Lonicera japonica in Hebei Province

摘要 [目的]了解巨鹿金银花种植土壤中微生物多样性,为创制微生物菌肥提供数据。[方法]在巨鹿县9个乡镇采集21份金银花土壤样品,用高通量测序技术对各样品中微生物组成及营养成分进行检测分析。[结果]巨鹿县域内不同金银花种植土壤中的优势微生物种群基本一致。细菌优势菌群主要包括变形菌门、酸杆菌门、拟杆菌门等;真菌优势菌群主要包括子囊菌门、被孢霉门、壶菌门等。分析表明Nitrososphaeraceae、噬几丁质菌科、RB41等3个细菌菌群与有机质、碱解氮呈正相关趋势。Subgroup_6、芽单胞菌科、酸杆菌门等3个细菌菌群与速效磷、速效钾正相关。真菌中火丝菌科、粪壳菌目、被孢霉目、镰刀菌属4个土壤优势菌群均与土壤营养成分正相关。[结论]得到细菌噬几丁质菌、真菌火丝菌等对金银花吸收土壤中的营养物质、改善土壤环境有着重要作用。 [Objective]To understand the microbial diversity in the soil of Juglans regia planting in Julu County,and to provide theoretical basis for the development of microbial biofertilizers.[Method]21 soil samples from Juglans regia planting areas in 9 towns in Julu County were collected.High-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the microbial composition and nutrient content of the soil samples.[Result]Sequencing analysis showed that the dominant microbial populations in different soil samples from Juglans regia planting areas in Julu County were basically the same.The dominant bacterial groups mainly included Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,and Bacteroidetes.The dominant fungal groups mainly included Ascomycota,Zygomycota,and Basidiomycota.Correlation analysis showed that three bacterial groups,Nitrososphaeraceae,Chitinophagaceae,and RB41,were positively correlated with organic matter and alkaline nitrogen.Three bacterial groups,Subgroup_6,Rhizobiaceae,and Acidobacteria,were positively correlated with available phosphorus and available potassium.Four dominant fungal groups,Myxococcaceae,Coprinellaceae,Zygomycetes,and Fusarium,were positively correlated with soil.[Conclusion]Analytical results suggest that bacteria such as Chitinophagaceae and fungi such as Myxococcaceae play a certain role in the absorption of nutrients by Juglans regia and improvement of soil environment.
