地方高校马克思主义理论学科博士生“五力聚合”培养模式研究

Research on the"Five-Force Aggregation"Training Mode for Doctoral Students in Marxist Theory of Local Universities

马克思主义理论一级学科设立以来,作为博士生培养重要力量的地方高校,在学科规模、师资队伍、人才培养等方面取得了长足的发展。但面对新时代的新要求,地方高校博士生人才培养仍然面临三个亟待解决的矛盾,即师资力量总体不强与高层次培养方式的矛盾、学术资源总体不足与高水平培养体系的矛盾、生源质量总体不高与高规格培养目标的矛盾。为此,需要通过蓄内力、聚众力,破解师资力量总体不强的问题;通过借外力,搭建政府、社会、高校、企业等协同平台,破解学术资源总体不足的问题;通过激活力、添动力,弥补生源质量总体不高制约培养质量的问题。在实践中构建地方高校马克思主义理论学科博士生“五力聚合”培养模式,推动人才培养理念、制度、方法创新和博士生人才培养的高质量发展。

Since the establishment of Marxist Theory as the first-tier discipline,the local universities,as the pivotal force in training the doctoral students,have gained a steady improvement in discipline scale expansion,faculty construction,talent training ability's strengthening and the quality enhancement of trainees.In the face of fresh requirements of the new era,to nurture highly-qualified doctoral students majored in Marxist Theory,local universities are all still confronted with three common problems that urgently need to be solved,which are presented as the disequilibrium between the fact of only being equipped with weak faculty and the demand for applying advanced educating methods;the contradiction between the fact of having very limited access to academic resources and the requirement for building high-complete training systems;the imbalance between the fact of enrolling overall low-performance students and the need to realize high-standard training objectives.To tackle the problems,we seek to accumulate interior force as well as gather exterior forces to upgrade the teaching staff;facilitate access to abundant academic resources through building platforms cosponsored by government,society,enterprises and universities;activate and motivate the students to work hard for reaching the high-standard training objectives.Therefore,it is of great necessity to set up a"Five-Force Aggregation"training mode for doctoral students in Marxist Theory and implement it in time so as to innovate the thoughts,system and methods for the doctoral talent training as well as guarantee a high-quality development of it.
