摘要
《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2022)对出厂水嗅味物质2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)和土臭素(GSM)提出严格要求。普遍应用的臭氧接触氧化工艺难以有效氧化去除2-MIB,而·OH对2-MIB具有很高的反应速度常数。基于此,在供水规模12万m^(3)/d的山东省L水厂常规工艺前,建设了前置O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)高级氧化工艺,2023年4月1日通水运行。对比分析表明,新工艺对2-MIB、GSM、高锰酸盐指数等皆起到明显去除效果,且进一步降低了沉淀池出水浑浊度与颗粒物数量,削减了后续消毒剂用量与消毒副产物的生成。水厂供水水质全面提升,从药耗的角度来看,吨水药剂成本减少0.104~0.190元/m^(3)。
Promulgation of the revised Standards for drinking water quality(GB 5749-2022)puts forward strict requirements for the smell-causing substances including 2-methylisocamphol(2-MIB)and geosmin.The commonly used ozone contact oxidation process is not sufficiently effective to oxidize and remove 2-MIB,while·OH has a high reaction rate constant with 2-MIB.As such,a pre-oxidation process O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)advanced oxidation,was constructed prior to the conventional process of Plant L waterworks in Shandong Province with a water supply capacity of 120,000 m^(3)/d.It was the first application of this process in China.Comparative study showed that,the new process significantly improved the removal of 2-MIB,geosmin and permanganate index,and further reduced the turbidity and particle number of the sedimentation tank,and reduced the subsequent demand of disinfectant and the generation of disinfection by-products.The water supply quality of the waterworks has been largely improved,and the cost for water treatment chemicals has been reduced by 0.104~0.190 yuan/m^(3).This project case demonstratively provides technical support for the improvement of water quality of the same type of waterworks.
