摘要
互联网时代给教师教育学科建设带来新的机遇,赋能并支持教师教育学科转型升级,一是通过对象丰富、数据多元、范式深化、成果创新为教师教育学科研究带来新动力、新要素;二是适应在线教育实践以开展教师教育新型师资与跨界研究者的人才培养创新;三是依托教师教育实验室和智能系统建设支持教师教育学科的基地建设。与此同时,互联网+教师教育学科建设要在拥抱信息技术浪潮的同时警惕其中的重教轻育、技能依赖、伦理风险等潜在危险,在坚守育人、掌控技术、伦理审视上做出努力。
The Internet era presents new opportunities for the development of teacher education disciplines.It empowers and supports the transformation and upgrading of teacher education disciplines in the following ways:firstly,by introducing new dynamics and elements to teacher education discipline research through diversified objects,abundant data,deepened paradigms,and innovative outcomes;secondly,by fostering creative talent development for new types of teachers and cross-disciplinary researchers in teacher education to adapt to online education practices;and thirdly,by relying on the establishment of teacher education laboratories and intelligent systems to support the foundation of teacher education disciplines.At the same time,it is imperative for Internet+in teacher education discipline development to embrace the wave of information technology while remaining vigilant about potential dangers such as an excessive focus on teaching over education,dependence on technology,and ethical risks.Efforts should be made to uphold the principles of education,technological control,and ethical scrutiny.
