论师范教育的“中国特色”——基于实践逻辑、理论逻辑和历史逻辑三重视角

Discussion on the“Chinese Characteristics”of Normal Education-一Based on Both Theoretical and Practical Dimensions

摘要 推动师范教育“中国特色”建设,是树立师范教育实践自信、形成师范教育学术自觉和坚定师范教育走“中国特色”之路的基础性工作。具体而言,要立足历史、现实、未来三个角度加以推进:站位历史角度,要梳理师范教育发展的逻辑、总结师范教育的经验并凝练成为师范教育的发展智慧、明晰师范教育发展的路径;站位现实角度,要从师范教育理论体系建构、实践模式创新等维度,系统厘清“中国特色”内涵与结构;站位未来发展角度,要进一步明晰师范教育实践的特征、规律和发展趋势,系统推进师范教育的学术体系、话语体系和学科体系(教师教育)构建。 Promoting the construction of normal education with"Chinese characteristics"is a fundamental task in building up confidence in the practice of normal education,forming academic consciousness of normal education,and firmly taking the road of normal education"with Chinese characteristics".Specifically,it should be promoted from three perspectives:historical,realistic and future.From the historical perspective,it is necessary to sort out the logic of the development of normal education,summarize the experience of normal education and condense it into the wisdom of the development of normal education,to identify the development of normal education.From the perspective of reality,it is necessary to systematically clarify the connotation and structure of"Chinese characteristics"in terms of constructing of the theoretical system of normal education and the innovation of the practice mode.From the perspective of future development,it is necessary to further clarify the characteristics,regularities and development trends of normal education practice,and to systematically promote the construction of the academic,discourse and disciplinary system(Teacher Education)of normal education.
