摘要
职前职后一体化的教师教育理念是卓越教师培养的行动先导,为卓越教师培养的目标确立、课程建设与资源构建开拓新视野。培养目标层面以卓越追寻为统领、以阶段需求与对接为抓手推进卓越教师培养一体衔接;培养课程层面坚持目标引领、理实一体和校地合作;培养资源层面借助大数据中心、大数据平台与大数据技术促成卓越教师职前职后培养资源互通。
The concept of integrated pre-and in-service teacher education is the precursor of cultivating excellent teachers,which provides a new perspective for setting goals,building courses,and constructing resources for the excellent teacher cultivation program.At the level of cultivation goals,the pursuit of excellence is the overall leader,and the demands at different stages and docking as a means to promote the seamless connection of excellent teacher training before and after entering the profession.At the level of cultivation courses,the approach emphasizes goal orientation,integration of theory and practice,and cooperation between schools and local communities.At the level of cultivation resources,the use of big data centers,big data platforms,and big data technologies promote the exchange of resources for the pre-and in-service training of excellent teachers.
