摘要
蒙田基于自己的社会立场与哲学思想,从教师的素养、教师的使命、教师的角色定位以及教师的职责四个方面阐述了其教师观,表现出超乎时代的深度和广度,对后世的教育家产生了深远影响。在新时代背景下,蒙田教师观的现实意义体现在:教师需努力提升自身的素质;教师应树立崇高的使命感;构建多元化的教师角色观;教师要切实履行各项职责。
Based on his social standpoint and philosophical thoughts,Montaigne elaborated his view of teachers from four aspects,namely,teachers'quality,teachers'mission,teachers'role orientation,and teachers'duties,which showed a depth and breadth beyond the times,and exerted a far-reaching influence on the educators of the later generations.In the context of the new era,its relevance is reflected in the following:teachers need to strive to improve their quality;teachers should establish a noble sense of mission;build a diversified view of teachers roles;and teachers should fulfill their duties effectively.
