中药穴位贴敷配合枸橼酸莫沙必利片对胃癌根治术后化疗患者胃肠蠕动功能、并发症及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets on Gastrointestinal Peristalsis Function,Complications and Sleep Quality in Patients with Chemotherapy after Radical Gastrectomy

目的:分析中药穴位贴敷配合枸橼酸莫沙必利片对胃癌根治术后化疗患者胃肠蠕动功能、并发症及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月东台市中医院肿瘤科收治的胃癌根治术后化疗患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。2组化疗期间均给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中药穴位贴敷治疗,比较2组患者胃肠蠕动功能恢复情况、并发症发生情况及睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,观察组胃肠功能评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃动素水平、血管活性肠肽水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹胀、恶心呕吐发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PSQI评分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷配合枸橼酸莫沙必利片能够促进胃癌根治术后化疗患者胃肠蠕动功能恢复,降低化疗后胃肠道并发症的发生风险,提高患者睡眠质量,建议在临床上推广。

Objective:To analyze the effects of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Mosapride citrate tablets on gastrointestinal peristalsis function,complications and sleep quality in patients with radical gastrectomy and chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 86 patients receiving chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy in the Oncology Department of Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into groups.According to random number table method,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The grouping method was as follows:The two groups were treated with Mosapride citrate tablets during chemotherapy.On this basis,the observation group was combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.The recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function,the occurrence of complications and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the gastrointestinal function score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The levels of motilin and vasoactive intestinal peptide in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly decreased,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM acupoint application combined with Mosapride citrate tablets can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function in patients with chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy,reduce the risk of gastrointestinal complications after chemotherapy,and improve the sleep quality of patients,so it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
