分娩镇痛联合自由体位对产妇睡眠质量及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Labor Analgesia Combined with Free Body Position on Maternal Sleep Quality and Pregnancy Outcomes

目的:探究分娩镇痛联合自由体位对产妇睡眠质量及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月安徽省蚌埠医学院第二附属医院收治的产妇60例作为研究对象,对其相关数据进行回顾性分析,将采用分娩镇痛联合自由体位的30例产妇作为观察组,采用传统体位联合分娩镇痛的30位产妇作为对照组。结果:观察组产妇睡眠质量评分为(9.17±1.13)分,低于对照组的(12.34±1.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇妊娠结局优于对照组产妇妊娠结局,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇疼痛评分优于对照组产妇疼痛评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇满意度高于对照组产妇满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产妇分娩过程中,采取分娩镇痛联合自由体位方式,能够更好地对产妇的睡眠质量、疼痛感等方面进行改善缓解,还能促使其妊娠结局更好,提高其自然分娩率,保证产妇及胎儿安全,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of labor analgesia combined with free body position on the sleep quality and pregnancy outcome of postpartum women.Methods:Sixty pregnant women admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis of their relevant data.Thirty pregnant women who used a combination of labor analgesia and free body position were included in the observation group,while thirty pregnant women who used a combination of traditional body position and labor analgesia were included in the control group.Results:The sleep quality score of the observation group(9.17±1.13)was lower than that of the control group(12.34±1.26),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of parturient delivery,the combination of labor analgesia and free posture can better improve the sleep quality and pain of pregnant women,promote better pregnancy outcomes,increase the rate of natural childbirth of parturient,and ensure the safety of parturient and fetus,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
