正念减压法对外科手术患者心理应激反应及睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Mindfulness Decompression on Psychological Stress Response and Sleep Quality in Surgical Patients

目的:研讨正念减压法对外科手术患者心理应激反应及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年10月福建厦门市第五医院收治的外科手术患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施正念减压法干预,比较2组干预效果。结果:2组干预前,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠质量、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正念减压法用于外科手术患者中能减轻其心理应激反应,缓解疼痛感,提高睡眠质量,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of mindfulness decompression on psychological stress response and sleep quality in surgical patients.Methods:A total of 90 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received mindfulness decompression intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The results showed that there was no difference in the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,sleep quality,and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)between the two groups before intervention(P s>0.05).After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P s<0.05).After intervention,the sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P s<0.05).After intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of mindfulness decompression method in surgical patients can alleviate their psychological stress response,alleviate pain,and improve sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical application.
