分析结直肠癌围术期快速康复护理对患者康复效果及睡眠质量影响

To Analyze the Effect of Perioperative Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Rehabilitation and Sleep Quality of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:分析结直肠癌围术期快速康复护理对患者康复效果及睡眠质量影响。方法:选取2022年1月至12月厦门大学附属第一医院普外科收治的结直肠癌患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,比较2组患者术后恢复时间及不良反应发生率。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI、SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组患者术后恢复时间显著短于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:围手术期快速康复护理是一种有效的护理策略,可以显著提高患者的整体康复水平及睡眠质量,减少并发症的发生,减轻患者的不良反应情绪,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation and sleep quality of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 200 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the Department of General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=100)and control group(n=100)according to random number table method.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between the two groups,and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between the two groups,and the postoperative recovery time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,PSQI,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the postoperative recovery time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing is an effective nursing strategy,which can significantly improve the overall rehabilitation level and sleep quality of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and alleviate the adverse reaction emotions of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
