个性化护理在整形美容围术期护理中对睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Personalized Nursing on Sleep Quality During Perioperative Nursing o Plastic Surgery

目的:分析个性化护理在整形美容围术期护理中对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年7月至2023年7月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院思明院区整形美容科行整形美容手术患者90例作为研究对象,按照单双号分发法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。其中45例单号患者被收录在采用常规护理干预的对照组中,另外45例双号患者被划分至采用个性化护理干预的观察组中,并设置2组患者的睡眠质量、自我护理能力、心理状态以及护理满意度等指标为评价标准。结果:测评患者睡眠质量得出,观察组睡眠质量较好(P<0.05);测评患者自我护理能力得出,观察组患者自我护理能力较强(P<0.05);测评患者心理状态得出,观察组心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05);测评患者护理满意度可知,观察组总满意率较高(P<0.05)。结论:对于整形美容患者来说,应在其围术期护理中应用个性化护理干预,这有助于提升患者护理满意度与自我护理能力,对改善患者心理状态与睡眠质量具有积极影响。

Objective:To analyze the impact of personalized nursing on sleep quality in perioperative care of plastic surgery and beauty.Methods:A total of 90 patients who underwent plastic surgery at our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were observed in this study.These 90 patients were divided into groups based on the single and double number distribution method.Among them,45 single number patients were included in the control group using routine nursing intervention.The other 45 double number patients were divided into the observation group using personalized nursing intervention.The sleep quality,self-care ability,psychological state,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were set as the evaluation criteria.Results:By evaluating the sleep quality of patients,it was found that the observation group had better sleep quality(P<0.05).According to the evaluation of patients′self-care ability,the observation group showed strong self-care ability(P<0.05).By evaluating the psychological status of patients,it was found that the observation group had a better psychological status than the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of patient nursing satisfaction shows that the overall satisfaction rate of the observation group is relatively high(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with plastic surgery and beauty,personalized nursing interventions should be applied in their perioperative nursing,which can help improve patient satisfaction and self-care ability,and have a positive impact on improving their psychological state and sleep quality.
