循证护理对全身麻醉下DSA引导颅内动脉瘤栓塞术的护理作用及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on DSA-guided Intracranial Aneurysm Embolization under General Anesthesia and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:观察循证护理对全身麻醉下DSA引导颅内动脉瘤栓塞术的护理作用及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月15日至2023年4月30日福建省厦门大学附属第一医院神经外科收治的颅内动脉瘤栓塞术治疗患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理,观察2组的护理效果。结果:术后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对各项指标进行评分,2组评分均下降,且观察组较对照组低(均P<0.05)。术后1 d、术后3 d、术后7 d、术后出院时,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均下降,且观察组较对照组低(均P<0.05)。术后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分2组均下降,且观察组较对照组低(均P<0.05)。结论:循证护理对全身麻醉DSA引导颅内动脉瘤栓塞术患者影响积极,可改善其睡眠质量、心理状态,缓解其疼痛。

Objective:To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on DSA-guided intracranial aneurysm embolization under general anesthesia and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 40 patients with intracranial aneurysm embolization treated in our hospital from January 15,2019 to April 30,2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into control group(20 cases of routine nursing)and observation group(20 cases of evidence-based nursing),and the nursing effect was observed.Results:The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P s<0.05).Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of both groups were decreased 1 day,3 day,7 day and at discharge after surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time(P s<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in both groups decreased after surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing has positive effects on patients undergoing DSA guided embolization of intracranial aneurysms under general anesthesia,improves their sleep quality,psychological state,and alleviates their pain.
