分析同伴支持联合健康宣教对HIV感染患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Effects of Peer Support and Health Education on Mental State and Sleep Quality of HIV Infected Patients

目的:分析同伴支持联合健康宣教对HIV感染患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月厦门大学附属第一医院感染科收治的HIV感染患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者给予一般性护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予同伴支持联合健康宣教护理干预。采用行为检查量表(BCL)比较2组患者焦虑、退缩、抑郁3项指标,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化。结果:护理干预后,观察组焦虑、退缩、抑郁指标改善幅度优于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:同伴支持联合健康宣教能有效促进HIV感染患者心理状态及睡眠质量改善,值得推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of peer support and health education on mental state and sleep quality of HIV infected patients.Methods:A total of 60 HIV-infected patients admitted to the Infectious Disease Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).Patients in the control group were given general nursing,and patients in the observation group were given peer support combined health education nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Behavioral Scale(BCL)was used to compare the three indexes of anxiety,withdrawal and depression between the two groups,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After nursing intervention,the improvement of anxiety,withdrawal and depression indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Peer support and health education can effectively improve the mental state and sleep quality of HIV infected patients,and it is worth promoting and using.
