应用于火灾救援机器人的相变胶囊多层堆积热防护数值研究

摘要 持续高温的工作环境产生的热量是导致火灾中救援机器人电子元器件失效的主要因素。因此,为了设计合理地保护救援机器人内部电子元器件的热防护结构,利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件分别建立了相变胶囊复合结构、热障-隔热双层结构及玻璃棉胶囊复合结构模型,通过数值模拟的方法对比3种结构的热防护性能。然后,通过改变相变胶囊尺寸和堆积方式,设计了相变胶囊单层堆积结构、双层堆积结构和大小胶囊混合堆积结构,进一步探究了相变材料含量和堆积方式对热防护效果的影响。结果表明:应用相变材料的相变胶囊复合结构具有更优秀的热防护性能;在整个加热期内,大尺寸相变胶囊堆积的单层结构内壁平均温升相较于双层堆积结构和混合堆积结构分别降低了41.8%和29%,表现出更优的热防护效果。 The heat generated by the continuous high temperature working environment is the main factor leading to the failure of the electronic components of the rescue robot in fire rescue.Therefore,it is necessary to design a reasonable thermal protection structure for the internal electronic components of the rescue robot.The phase change capsule composite structure,thermal barrier-thermal insulation double layer structure and glass wool capsule composite structure models are established in this paper by using COMSOL Multiphysics software,and the thermal protection performance of the three structures is compared by numerical simulation method.The results show that compared to the latter two kinds of thermal protection structures,the composite structure of phase change capsule has better thermal protection performance.In order to explore the influence of the content of phase change material and stacking mode on thermal protection effect further,the single-layer stacking structure,double-layer stacking structure and the mixed stacking structure of large and small capsules are designed by changing the size and stacking mode of phase change capsules.The results show that the average temperature rise of the inner wall of the single-layer structure with large size phase change capsules is reduced by 41.8%and 29%respectively,compared with the double-layer stacking structure and the mixed stacking structure during the whole heating period.It shows better thermal protection effect.
