Cause Analysis and Prevention of a Pipeline Leak Accident in a Gas Station

加油站是生活中常见的设施,与国民生活以及社会安全息息相关。管道作为加油站中的重要组成部分,一旦失效,会对加油站安全产生极大威胁。本文结合一起加油站管道泄漏事故,详细阐述了事故原因的排查过程,对泄漏管体进行了理化分析、力学性能检验以及无损检测,从管理以及管道本身的角度分析了事故发生的原因并提出了相关的预防建议,为今后加油站的安全运行提供一定的帮助。

Gas station is a common facility in life,which is closely related to national life and social security.Pipeline as an important component of gas station,its safety has been widely recognized by society,as an important part of the gas station,once the pipeline fails,it will pose a great threat to the safety of the gas station.In this paper,the investigation process of the cause of the accident is elaborated in detail based on a station pipeline leakage accident,physical and chemical analysis,mechanical property test and nondestructive testing were carried out for the leaking pipe,the causes of the accident were analyzed from the perspective of management and the pipeline itself,and relevant prevention suggestions are put forward,which will provide some help for the safe operation of the gas station in the future.
