立德树人是教育的根本宗旨,学校文化建设的灵魂是对学生价值观的引领,而新疆红色资源蕴含的精神财富正是赓续中国共产党人的精神谱系与红色血脉,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的宝贵资源。学校应将这些宝贵的精神资源有机融入教育目标、办学理念、制度文化、行为文化、课程文化及物质文化之中,并将对学生的价值观念引领、理想信念教育、道德品质培育及行为习惯养成有机融合,使学校文化各要素相互影响、相互贯通并形成合力,构建多维立体的整体育人格局。

The fundamental purpose of education is to establish morality and cultivate people.The soul of school culture construction is to guide students’values.The spiritual wealth contained in Xinjiang’s red resources is just a valuable resource to continue the red blood and cultivate new people of the era who shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation.Schools should organically integrate these valuable spiritual resources into educational goals,educational concepts,institutional culture,behavioral culture,curriculum culture,and material culture,and organically integrate the guidance of students’values,education of ideal beliefs,cultivation of moral qualities,and cultivation of behavioral habits,so that various elements of school culture can influence and connect with each other,forming a joint force,and constructing a multidimensional and three-dimensional overall education pattern.
