摘要
随着信息技术和半导体技术的不断发展,现代电子设备的集成化程度和电磁敏感性都在不断提高,特别是在面对高空核电磁脉冲(High-altitude Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse,HEMP)这种具有超高场强、较宽频带和极短上升沿的强电磁脉冲时,极易成为攻击目标而影响正常工作。在参照国内外各种权威标准的基础上,利用CST电磁环境仿真模拟软件,通过测试不同类型、不同尺寸和不同条件下典型材料的HEMP屏蔽效能,分析研究典型材料的HEMP防护规律,为后续利用典型材料提高电子设备的HEMP防护能力,以及高性能HEMP防护材料研究和制备提供重要数据支撑。
With the development of information and semiconductor technology,the integration and electromagnetic sensitivity of modern electronic equipment are constantly improving.Especially when facing the High-altitude Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse(HEMP)with ultra-high field intensity,wide spectrum band and very short rising edge,the electronic equipment can be easily attacked,which affects its the normal operation.Based on various authoritative standards,the HEMP shielding efficiency of typical materials of different types and sizes is tested under different conditions,and the HEMP protection rule of typical materials is analyzed and studied with CST simulation software,which could improve the HEMP protection capability of electronic equipment by using typical materials in the future,and provide important data support for high performance HEMP protection material research.
