摘要
铜铝层状复合材料既具有铜优良的导电和导热性能,又具有铝的质轻、耐腐蚀的优点,兼具优良性能和成本经济,可广泛应用于电力电气、通讯、新能源等领域。鉴于铜铝层状复合材料的优良性能和广泛的应用前景,铜铝层状复合材料逐渐成为当前研究的热点,本文主要对铜铝层状复合材料的制备工艺、复合机理、变形行为、热处理以及导电性能等研究进行综述。
Cu/Al laminated composites not only have excellent electrical and thermal conductivity of copper,but also have the advantages of light weight and corrosion resistance of aluminum,it can be widely used in the electric power,communication,new energy and other fields.In view of the excellent properties and extensive application prospect of Cu/Al laminated composites,Cu/Al laminated composites have gradually become the current research hotspot.In this paper,the preparation process,composite mechanism,deformation behavior,heat treatment and electrical conductivity of Cu/Al laminated composites were reviewed.
