松香烷二萜化合物抗肿瘤的研究进展

松香烷二萜是从丹参、雷公藤、迷迭香、狼毒大戟等多种陆生植物中分离得到的一类天然二萜类化合物。松香烷二萜的化合物及其合成衍生物的独特化学结构使其对多种类型的癌细胞具有生长抑制作用,是极具开发前景的小分子化合物。松香烷二萜可抑制肺癌、肝癌、胃癌等多种类型癌细胞的生长,并通过调控PI3K/Akt、JAK/STAT3、MAPK、NF-κB、Wnt/β-catenin、β-catenin/VEGF等信号通路发挥抗肿瘤作用。

Abietane diterpenoids are a class of natural diterpenoids isolated from various land plants,such as Salvia miltiorrhiza,Tripterygium wilfordii,Rosmarinus officinalis and Euphorbia fischeriana.The unique chemical structures of abietane diterpenoids and their synthetic derivatives enable them to inhibit the growth of various types of cancer cells,making them highly promising small molecular compounds for development.Abietane diterpenoids can inhibit the growth of various types of cancer cells such as lung cancer,liver cancer and gastric cancer,and exert anti-tumor effects by regulating PI3K/Akt,JAK/STAT3,MAPK,NF-κB,Wnt/β-catenin,β-catenin/VEGF signaling pathways.
