丙戊酸钠引起癫痫患者震颤的相关研究进展

Research progress on tremor induced by sodium valproate in epileptic patients

丙戊酸钠是一种广谱的抗癫痫药物,可用于治疗各种类型的癫痫发作。长期使用丙戊酸钠对中枢神经系统的影响近年来引起人们关注,主要表现为上肢姿势性和运动性震颤,停用丙戊酸钠、减少剂量或用另一种抗癫痫药物替代后,震颤通常在数周或数月内消失。对于药物难治性震颤患者,可考虑施行外科手术治疗。本文介绍了丙戊酸钠引起癫痫患者震颤的危险因素及发病机制、临床表现、诊断与鉴别、评估方法以及治疗方法的研究进展,以期为临床诊断和治疗提供新思路。

Sodium valproate is a broad-spectrum antiepileptic drug and can be used to treat various types of seizures.The impact of long-term use of sodium valproate on the central nervous system has attracted attention in recent years,mainly manifested as postural and motor tremor of upper limbs.After discontinuing sodium valproate,reducing dosage,or replacing it with another antiepileptic drug,tremor are usually reversed within weeks or months.For patients with drug-refractory tremor,surgical treatment may be considered.This article reviewed the research progress on risk factors and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and differentiation,evaluation methods,and treatment methods of tremor in epilepsy patients caused by sodium valproate,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
