左心耳封堵之并发症——不可回避的风险

Complications of left atrial appendage occlusion:unavoidable risks

心房颤动为临床最常见的心律失常,血栓的形成及脱落导致的缺血性脑卒中是房颤患者致残的主要原因。近年来左心耳封堵术已逐渐成为非瓣膜性房颤患者卒中预防中不可缺少的手段,有望发展成为抗凝治疗的合理替代方案。然而左心耳封堵术合并相关的并发症,如心包积液、残余漏、器械相关血栓及栓塞并发症等。如何保证操作安全,降低相关的并发症,一直是临床关注和需要亟待解决的热点问题。本文就左心耳封堵术相关的并发症作一综述。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common arrhythmia.Ischemic stroke caused by thrombosis is the main cause of disability in patients with AF.Left atrial appendage occlusion has become an indispensable means of stroke prevention in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and is expected to become a reasonable alternative to anticoagulant therapy.However,left atrial appendage occlusion is associated with related complications,such as pericardial effusion,residual leakage,device related thrombosis and embolism.How to ensure operation safety and reduce related complications has always been a hot issue that needs to be addressed urgently.This paper reviews the complications related to left atrial occlusion.
