喷施褐藻寡糖对茶树抗旱性的影响

摘要 为提高茶树的抗旱性,本试验以盆栽一年生‘福鼎大白茶’为材料,研究干旱胁迫下喷施褐藻寡糖溶液对茶树叶片组织形态、生理生化指标及参与抗旱过程重要基因表达的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫下喷施褐藻寡糖可使茶树叶片内的栅栏组织排列更加紧密,海绵组织细胞增多;与对照相比,褐藻寡糖处理叶片叶绿素含量和含水量分别提高36.36%和15.29%,叶片相对电导率则降低36.00%,显著缓解叶片叶绿素降解和水分散失,降低叶片电解质外渗;喷施褐藻寡糖后茶树叶片的SOD、CAT、POD等抗氧化酶活性和可溶性糖、脯氨酸、脱落酸含量均显著提高;干旱胁迫下喷施褐藻寡糖处理显著增强CsCAT、CsABA1、CsPRX3、CsPYL4、CsSUS4、CsSnRK2.8、CsLEA1、CsNCED1、CsP5CS、CsCu/Zn-SOD基因在叶片中的相对表达量。综之,喷施褐藻寡糖能够诱导茶树产生抗逆物质,提高茶树的抗旱能力,可作为一种有效的植物生长刺激类物质应用在茶树管理中。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of spraying algae oligosaccharide on leaf histomorphology,physiological and biochemical indicators and related genes expression of tea plants under drought stress,so as to improve the drought resistance of tea.The potted one-year‘Fuding Dabai Cha’plants were used as experimental material.The results showed that spraying algae oligosaccharide could make the pal-isade tissue of the tea leaves more tightly arranged and increase the number of spongy tissue cells under drought stress.Compared with the control,the algae oligosaccharide treatment increased the chlorophyll con-tent and water content of the leaves by 36.36%and 15.29%respectively,reduced the relative conductivity by 36.00%,significantly alleviated the degradation of chlorophyll and loss of water,and reduced the electrolyte leakage.After spraying algae oligosaccharide,the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD,CAT and POD and the contents of soluble sugars,proline and abscisic acid in tea leaves increased significantly.In addi-tion,spraying algae oligosaccharide under drought stress significantly enhanced the relative expression levels of genes such as CsCAT,CsABA1,CsPRX3,CsPYL4,CsSUS4,CsSnRK2.8,CsLEA1,CsNCED1,CsP5CS and CsCu/Zn-SOD in the leaves.In conclusion,spraying algae oligosaccharide could induce tea plants to produce stress-resistant substances and improve their drought resistance,so soalgae oligosaccharide could be used as an effec-tive plant growth-stimulating substance in tea plant management.
