高就业密度是否会降低生育意愿——基于CGSS微观数据的实证研究

摘要 基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,检验劳动力市场就业密度与生育意愿的关系。研究发现,就业密度增加会降低劳动力的生育意愿。异质性分析表明:个人特征方面,就业密度增加会降低男性、未婚、本科及以上、35岁及以下劳动力群体的生育意愿;工作特征方面,就业密度增加会降低国有单位、全职、每周工作44小时以上、中等收入劳动力群体的生育意愿。调节效应发现,房价、失业率对就业密度和生育意愿的关系发挥负向调节作用。 Based on the data from the China General Social Survey(CGSS),the paper tested the relationship between the employment density of labor market and fertility intention.The research found that,the increase in employment density would weaken the fertility intention of labor force.Heterogeneity analysis showed that:in terms of individual characteristics,the reducing impact of the increase in employment density was effective for the male,unmarried population,bachelors and above,as well as those aged 35 and younger.In terms of job characteristics,the increase in employment density the reducing impact of the increase in employment density was effective for the labors in state-owned enterprises,full-time workers,the labors working more than 44 hours per week,as well as the middle-income group.Regulatory effect reflected that,housing price and unemployment rate played a negative regulating role in the relationship between employment density and fertility intention.
