基于SWOT分析的我国院前医疗急救标准化建设现状及策略探究

Current Situation and Strategy Research of Standardization Construction of Pre-Hospital Medical Emergency in China Based on SWOT Analysis

目的 明确推进我国院前医疗急救标准化建设的策略,为院前医疗急救高质量发展提供参考。方法 运用SWOT分析法分析院前医疗急救标准化建设中存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。结果 我国院前医疗急救体系已初步构建,但尚未建立完善的标准体系,且相关标准覆盖面窄、数量不足、修订不及时,还面临标准化复合型人才缺乏、从业人员标准化意识不强等挑战。结论 我国院前医疗急救标准化建设应抓住政策支持及信息技术发展机遇,充分借鉴国外经验,从现状与实际需求出发,积极培养标准化复合型人才,不断完善标准体系,及时制修订相关标准,提升标准质量。

Objective To clarify the strategy of promoting the standardization construction of pre-hospital medical emergency,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of pre-hospital medical emergency.Methods SWOT analysis was used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the standardization of pre-hospital medical emergency.Results China's pre-hospital medical emergency system has been preliminarily constructed,but the perfect standard system has not yet been established,and the relevant standards have narrow coverage,insufficient quantity,and untimely revision.It also faces challenges such as lack of standardized compound talents and weak standardization awareness of practitioners.Conclusion The standardization construction of pre-hospital medical emergency in China should seize the opportunity of policy support and information technology development,fully learn from international experiences.It is essential to start from the current situation and actual needs,cultivate standardization compound talents,constantly improve the standard system,and timely formulate and revise relevant standards to improve the quality of standards.
