梅毒性胃炎1例

A case of syphilitic gastritis

梅毒性胃炎作为一种少见病,临床及镜下表现均不特异,极易误诊或漏诊。现报告1例年轻女性梅毒性胃炎患者,该患者青霉素等药物治疗后临床症状及胃镜表现均得到改善,预后良好。梅毒性胃炎最常见的临床症状为腹痛,主要发病人群为中年人,男女发病比例大致相同。应用免疫组织化学染色或PCR检测梅毒螺旋体可以明确诊断。目前治疗方案为青霉素治疗,绝大部分患者预后良好。

Syphilitic gastritis is a rare disease without specific clinical and histopathological manifestations which makes it prone to misdiagnosis or oversight.We report one case of syphilitic gastritis in a young female patient.After treatment with penicillin and other drugs,the clinical symptoms and gastroscopy findings were improved,resulting in a favorable prognosis.The most common clinical symptom of syphilitic gastritis is abdominal pain,and it primarily affects middle-aged individuals,with a roughly equal incidence in both genders.Definitive diagnosis can be established through immunohistochemical staining or PCR detection of treponema pallidum.Currently,the treatment of choice is penicillin,and the prognosis is generally good for the majority of patients.
