Shandong Province Continues to Promote the High-quality Development of the Credit Reporting Industry:An Interview with Xiao Longcang,Governor of Shandong Provincial Branch of the People's Bank of China

当前征信业发展面临新形势、新任务,人工智能、大数据、区块链等新技术带来全新的数据共享和应用理念,数据要素市场发展影响着征信管理的职责边界,经济恢复阶段征信助力稳增长的责任日益凸显,中国式现代化进程向征信业高质量发展提出更高要求。党的二十大报告明确提出要完善社会信用等市场经济基础制度,对新时代、新征程上征信业的发展起到举旗定向、掌舵领航的作用。中国人民银行山东省分行深入践行“征信为民”理念,坚持问题导向,落实“严监管”的工作要求,采取针对性措施,加快完善征信体系建设,持续推进征信业高质量发展。

At present,the development of the credit reporting industry is faced with new situations and tasks.New technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,blockchain and so on bring new concepts of data sharing and application.The development of the data element market affects the responsibility boundary of credit reporting management.In the stage of economic recovery,the responsibility of credit reporting industry to support stable growth is becoming increasingly prominent.The Chinese path to modernization puts forward higher requirements for the high-quality development of the credit reporting industry.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes to improve the basic system of market economy such as social credit,which plays a guiding role in the development of the credit reporting industry in the new era and new journey.Shandong Provincial Branch of the People's Bank of China has deeply upheld the concept of“credit reporting for the people”,adhered to problem-oriented approach and implemented the work requirements of“strict supervision”,taken targeted measures to accelerate the construction of the social credit system,and continued to promote the high-quality development of the credit reporting industry.
