摘要
通过对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢进行1040℃固溶和620℃时效热处理,检测该状态下材料的缺口敏感系数、650℃抗高温氧化性、磁导率、热导率、微观组织等相关理化检验,以期达到对该钢更多深层次的了解,掌握该钢的相关物理参数,利于发挥材料特有的物理属性,以期拓展材料的使用范围。
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel was treated by 1040℃solid solution and 620℃aging heat treatment,the notch sensitivity coefficient,high temperature oxidation resistance at 650℃,magnetic conductivity,thermal conductivity and microstructure of the steel were tested in order to get a deeper understanding of the steel,to master the related physical parameters of the steel is beneficial to exert the unique physical properties of the material,so as to expand the application range of the material.
