摘要
通过二次锂化技术制备了LiNi_(0.931)Co_(0.049)Al_(0.02)O_(2)单晶NCA正极材料。通过高温预烧结完成Li_(0.96)Ni_(0.95)Co_(0.05)O_(2)材料的制备;随后在预烧结后的物料中补充足够的Al和Li,进行二次烧结制备出NCA单晶正极材料(S2-NCA)。通过本技术制备的高镍单晶正极材料表现出了优异的倍率和循环性能。经过测试,S2-NCA放电比容量可达217.1 mAh/g,60次循环容量保持率可达94.8%,远远优于一次锂化制备的NCA单晶正极材料(S1-NCA),初始比容量为207.9 mAh/g,60次循环容量保持率为85.8%。
Single crystal cathode material(LiNi_(0.931)Co_(0.049)Al_(0.02)O_(2))was prepared by secondary lithiation technology.Firstly,Li_(0.96)Ni_(0.95)Co_(0.05)O_(2)was prepared through high temperature pre-sintering.Then,Al and Li were added into the pre-sintering material,and NCA single crystal cathode material(S2-NCA)was prepared by secondary sintering.The high nickel single crystal cathode material prepared by this technology shows excellent magnification and cycling performance.The first discharge specific capacity of S2-NCAis 217.1 mAh/g,and the cycle capacity retention rate after 60 cycles is 94.8%,when those are 207.9 mAh/g and 85.8%of S1-NCA.
