摘要
通过对常规厚度测量仪(PPG)进行改进,分析了PPG和改进的厚度测量仪(MPPG)两种测试仪器在测量方法上的区别。实验结果表明,PPG与MPPG对比所得厚度差可判断电池存储过程中是否产气,并将厚度差值0.01 mm作为电池产气临界值。25℃及4.20 V@45℃条件下,电池可存储450天以上,厚度差小于临界值,电池无产气。4.325 V/4.45 V/4.55 V@45℃及60℃存储,电池随存储时间的延长,厚度差超出临界值,此时变更存储条件,比如降低温度和电压,可有效缓解电池产气过程,延长电池使用寿命。
In this experiment,the conventional panel pressure gap(PPG)thickness measuring instrument was improved,and the difference between the PPG and the modified panel pressure gap(MPPG)thickness measuring instrument was analyzed.The results show that the thickness difference between PPG and MPPG can judge whether the battery produces gas during storage,and the difference of 0.01 mm is used as the gasing critical value.25℃and 4.20 V@45℃,the battery can be stored for more than 450 days,the thickness difference is less than the critical value,and the batteries have no gas production.For 4.325 V/4.45 V/4.55 V@45℃and 60℃late storage,the thickness difference of the batteries exceed the critical value.If changing storage conditions at this time,such as reducing temperature and voltage,it can effectively alleviate gas production.
