摘要
在长期实践中,学校针对应用型人才培养建立了“实学实效”应用型人才培养模式,但也还存在学生理论转化为操作性、创造性不足等问题。学生是否具备食品工程的操作技能,能否把学到的理论知识应用于生产实践,均与应用型课程体系、师资力量、使用的教材、课程的教学和课后培养质量高低有密切的关系。基于PDCA质量管理体系循环,强调成果导向教育理念,探索了“实学实效”应用型人才培养迭代升级,以食品专业为例重构应用型人才培养新模式。
In the practice,the“shixueshixiao”style has been established for applied talents in our university,but there are also problems such as the lack of operability and creativity in the transformation of students'theories.Whether the students have the operating skills of food engineering and can apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to production practice are closely related to the applied curriculum system,teachers,teaching materials,teaching and after-school training quality.Based on the PDCA quality management system cycle,emphasizing the concept of results oriented education,we explored the iterative upgrading of“shixueshixiao”applied talents training,and reconstructed a new mode of applied talents training taking the food specialty as an example.
