摘要 本文根据《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》明确的战略目标、战略意义和战略框架,分析了文化数字化上升为国家战略的主要原因,将文化大数据的体系框架概括为“两侧四端”,即供给侧、需求侧,以及资源端、生产端、消费端和云端,通过建设文化数据服务中心、搭建文化数据服务平台、创建标识解析体系,实现文化大数据体系云端部署。文化机构只要进入文化大数据体系,就可以共享、交易数据,利用大模型等技术对数据进行深度加工,并将文化数字内容通过云端的文化数据服务中心实现多网多终端分发,最终使中华文化数字化成果的分享路径更加便捷,加快国家文化数字化战略的深入实施。 This paper analyzed the main reasons for the rise of cultural digitization as a national strategy and summarized the system of cultural big data as two sides and four terminals,i.e.,the supply side and demand side,as well as the resource terminal,production terminal,consumption terminal and cloud terminal.By constructing cultural data service center,cultural data service platform,and creating identity resolution system,the cultural big data system could be deployed in the cloud.Cultural institutions could share and trade data as long as entered into the cultural big data system,process the data in depth by using large models and distribute the cultural digital content through thecultural data service center in the coud in multiple networks terminals,which ultimately made it easierto share the achievements of Chinese culture digitization and accelerate the in-depth implementation of the national cultural digitization strategy.The in-depth implementation of the national culturaldigitization strategy.
