摘要
目的通过模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)模型评价不同产地唐古特大黄的质量。方法采用FAHP和TOPSIS模型对18个不同产地唐古特大黄的质量进行综合评价,构建3个层次(目标层、决策层和指标层)、6个指标(总蒽醌、游离蒽醌、鞣质、番泻苷、总灰分、水溶性浸出物)唐古特大黄质量的综合评价体系。结果野生统片的质量最佳,3号和8号样品由于在产地加工过程中有去外皮的环节,有效成分含量相对低;甘南藏族自治州产唐古特大黄质量比青海的好。结论基于FAHP和TOP-SIS模型的综合质量评价方法可以更加客观、合理地评价唐古特大黄的质量,且可行性较高,为全面评价中药材的质量提供了新的思路和方法。
Objective To evaluate the quality of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.from different producing areas by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS).Methods FAHP and TOPSIS models were used to evaluate the quality of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.from 18 different producing areas.A comprehensive evaluation system was established for the quality of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.with 3 levels(target level,decision level and index level)and 6 indexes(total anthraquinone,free anthraquinone,tannin,sennoside,total ash and water-soluble extract).Results The quality of wild general slice was the best,and the content of active ingredients was relatively low in No.3 and No.8 samples due to the peeling process in the producing area.The quality of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.produced in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is better than that in Qinghai.Conclusion The comprehensive quality evaluation method based on FAHP and TOPSIS models is more objective and reasonable to evaluate the quality of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.,which provides a new way and method for the overall quality evaluation of Chinese medicinal materials.
