梁文珍教授治疗子宫内膜损伤合并慢性子宫内膜炎所致月经过少经验

对梁文珍教授治疗子宫内膜损伤合并慢性子宫内膜炎所致月经过少的临证经验进行总结分析。其认为,"肾虚血瘀"为本病核心病机,派方遣药始终不离补肾化瘀之大法;子宫内膜损伤以补肾为先,尊"养精通络"之旨,并根据女性月经周期气血阴阳变化规律调整补泻之法,经后期、经间期、经前期分别拟"养精通络汤"、氤氲汤、"毓精通络汤"治疗;子宫内膜炎兼有受损者,以破血消癥为要,拟"化癥汤"治疗。除内服汤药外,其临证还善于联合中医外治法,予中药保留灌肠,内服、外治结合,疗效显著。附典型病案1则以验证。

This paper summarized and analyzed the clinical experience of professor LIANG Wenzhen in the treatment of hypomenorrhea caused by endometrial injury combined with chronic endometritis.She believes that"kidney deficiency and blood stasis"was the key pathogenesis of this disease,and the prescription is mainly to tonify kidney and remove blood stasis.The treatment of endometrial injury is to tonify kidney first,aiming to"nourishing the essence and promoting the circulation",and then adjust the method of reinforcing and reducing according to the changes of qi,blood,yin and yang in female menstrual cycle."Yangjing Tongluo Tang","Yinyun Tang"and"Yujing Tongluo Tang"were used in the late menstrual period,the intermenstrual period and the premenstrual period,respectively.Patients with endometrial inflammation and damage should be treated with"Huazheng Tang"to break blood stasis and eliminate disease.In addition to take the decoction orally,the treatment should also be combined with external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,like traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.With both internal and external treatment,the curative effect is remarkable.A typical medical record is attached for verification.
