摘要
从调节内分泌激素和免疫功能、调控神经递质和神经节段、改善子宫微循环及线体引发的生物化学变化的影响等方面,概述穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经的作用机制。发现目前相关机制研究较少,多集中在调节内分泌激素及免疫功能方面,且相互之间多独立,缺乏网络化联系,今后应针对以上问题深入研究,以便为穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经提供可靠的理论依据。
The mechanism of catgut implantation at acupoint in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea was summarized from the aspects of regulating endocrine hormones and immune function,regulating neurotransmitter and ganglia,improving uterine microcirculation and the influence of biochemical changes induced by line,etc.It was found that there were few studies on the relevant mechanisms,most of which focused on regulating endocrine hormones and immune function,and they were mostly independent and lacked network connections.In the future,the above problems should be further studied in order to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with catgut implantation at acupoint.
