摘要
体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)是能提供短暂心肺支持的体外生命支持系统,已广泛应用于合并严重呼吸循环衰竭患者。ECMO实施会影响重症患者的营养需求及肠内营养启动的可行性,增加ECMO患者营养不良的风险。适当的营养支持可改善ECMO患者营养状态,降低其住院并发症和病死率。文章拟从ECMO患者营养需求量评估、肠内营养启动时机、喂养耐受性和充分性等方面进行综述。
Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)is an extracorporeal life support system that provides temporary cardiopulmonary support and has been widely used for patients with severe respiratory and circulatory failure.The implementation of ECMO can influence the nutritional requirements of critically ill patients and the feasibility of initiating enteral nutrition,thereby increasing the risk of malnutrition in ECMO patients.Appropriate nutritional support can improve the nutritional status of ECMO patients,reduce their risk of hospitalization complications,and decrease mortality rates.This article intends to review the nutritional requirements assessment of ECMO patients,the timing of initiating enteral nutrition,as well as feeding tolerance and adequacy.
