摘要
以吉林西部3个甜杏仁品种(龙王帽、香仁杏、晚甜杏)为原材料,通过索式提取法提取杏仁油,进行杏仁油脂肪酸组成和含量分析。结果表明:3种甜杏仁均检测出18种脂肪酸,主要为不饱和脂肪酸,占总脂肪酸含量的94.63%~95.08%,其中油酸占比64.09%~73.72%,排在第1位,且龙王帽的总脂肪酸含量、不饱和脂肪酸含量均为3种甜杏仁中最高的;主成分分析结果表明,龙王帽在3种甜杏仁中品质最好,说明龙王帽更适合做油料作物。
Using three sweet almond varieties(Longwangmao,Xiangren apricot,and Wantian apricot)from western Jilin as raw materials,almond oil was extracted using Soxhlet extraction method,and the fatty acid composition and content of almond oil were analyzed.The results showed that 18 types of fatty acids were detected in all three sweet almonds,mainly unsaturated fatty acids,accounting for 94.63%to 95.08%of the total fatty acid content.Among them,oleic acid accounted for 64.09%to 73.72%,ranking the first.The total fatty acid content and unsaturated fatty acid content of Longwangmao were the highest among the three sweet almonds.The results of principal component analysis showed that Long-wangmao had the best quality among the three types of sweet almonds,indicating that Longwangmao was more suitable for oil crops.
