摘要
目的:描述2020年我国高等医学教育资源的整体现状,分析高等医学教育资源配置效率的空间差异和空间特征,为提升高等医学教育资源配置效率,促进区域医学教育协调发展提供参考建议。方法:采用数据包络分析(DEA)评价我国2020年高等医学教育资源配置效率,采用探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)结合地理信息系统(GIS)分析资源配置效率的空间特征。结果:我国高等医学教育资源分布不均衡,各省高等医学教育资源配置效率有待提高,资源配置效率存在空间聚集性。结论:高等医学教育资源配置要注重公平与效率、整体与局部的问题,完善医学教育制度相关政策,统筹协调各地高等医学教育资源,以期提升资源配置效率,促进区域医学教育协调发展。
Objective To describe the overall status of higher medical education resources in China in 2020,analyze the spa-tial differences and characteristics of resource allocation efficiency in higher medical education,and provide reference suggestions for improving the efficiency of resource allocation in higher medical education and promoting the coordinated development of re-gional medical education.Methods DEA was used to evaluate the resource allocation efficiency of higher medical education in Chi-na in 2020,and ESDA combined with GIS was used to analyze the spatial characteristics of resource allocation efficiency.Results The distribution of higher medical education resources in China was uneven.The allocation efficiency of higher medical education resources in each province needs to be improved,and there is spatial aggregation in the efficiency of resource allocation.Conclu-sion The allocation of resources for higher medical education should focus on fairness and efficiency,as well as on overall and local is-sues,improve the policies related to medical education system,and coordinate higher medical education resources in various regions,in order to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and promote the coordinated development of regional medical education.
