工匠育人是高职教育领域的一种创新育人形式,是指运用工匠精神、人物、元素,以及培养模式等在高等职业教育领域开展的育人形式。沈阳职业技术学院通过运用工匠育人形式开展职业教育工作,将工匠精神、大国工匠、工匠元素、工匠培养和先进模式,通过注入课堂、请入校园、嵌入环境、纳入实践和引入本土等途径融入高职教育,且取得了良好的工作收效与育人成果,在发挥工匠育人教育价值的同时,提升了高职教育的工作质量。

Craftsman education is an innovative form of education in the field of higher vocational education,which refers to the use of craftsman spirit,characters,elements,and training mode.Shenyang Polytechnic College carries out vocational education by applying the form of craftsman education,and integrates the spirit of craftsman,craftsman of great powers,craftsman elements,craftsman cultivation and advanced mode into higher vocational education by injecting them into the classroom,inviting them into the campus,embedding them into the environment,and incorporating them into practice and introducing them into the local areas,and has achieved good results in work and education.While giving full play to the educational value of craftsman education,it also improves the quality of higher vocational education.
