基于对话理论的法律职业教育课堂教学改革

摘要 教师采用什么样的教学方法及模式关乎教学目标与大学功能的实现。法学教育是一种职业教育,法学教育应当注重学生实践能力的培养。法学专业作为一门以培养应用型人才为主的学科,采用传统的教学手段难以满足教学需要,基于对话理论将对话式教学法引入法学课堂,能够提高课堂教学的实效性,锻炼学生的法律职业技能。对话式教学能够发挥学生在教学中的主体性,体现教师对学生人格的尊重,实现教师与学生间、教与学之间的良性互动。对话式教学的过程就是学生之间及其与教师之间知识结构由不平衡到平衡再到不平衡的过程。 The teaching methods and models adopted by teachers are related to the realization of teaching objectives and university functions.As a discipline focused on cultivating applied talents,the law major cannot meet the teaching needs using traditional teaching methods.Introducing dialogue based teaching methods into the law classroom based on dialogue theory can improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and exercise students'legal professional skills.Dialogue based teaching can unleash students'subjectivity in teaching,reflect teachers'respect for students'personalities,and achieve positive interaction between teachers and students,as well as between teaching and learning.The process of dialogue based teaching is the process of knowledge structure between students and their teachers from imbalance to balance and then to imbalance.
