摘要
目的探讨麻杏苇茎汤联合阿奇霉素对肺炎患儿氧化应激水平的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月期间海南省中医院收治的支原体肺炎患儿94例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合麻杏苇茎汤治疗。治疗2周后,观察比较两组患儿临床疗效、不良反应发生情况,治疗前后中医症状积分、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、髓过氧化物酶(Myeloperoxidase,MPO)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)]水平、炎症因子[干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,INF-γ)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)]水平。结果治疗后观察组总有效率91.49%(43/47)高于对照组76.60%(36/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿中医症状积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿SOD水平较治疗前升高,MPO、MDA水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组SOD水平高于对照组,MPO、MDA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿INF-γ水平较治疗前升高,hs-CRP、PCT水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组INF-γ水平高于对照组,hs-CRP、PCT水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应总发生率14.89%(7/47)明显高于对照组6.38%(3/47),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麻杏苇茎汤联合阿奇霉素对肺炎患儿有较好疗效,可明显改善临床症状,减轻其氧化应激及炎症水平,同时安全性较高。
Objective To study the effect of Maxing Weijing Decoction combined with azithromycin on the oxidative stress in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 94 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in Hainan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 47 in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with Maxing Weijing Decoction on the basis of the control group.After two weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,oxidative stress indexes[(superoxide dismutase(SOD),myeloperoxidase(MPO)and malondialdehyde(MDA)]and inflammatory factors[interferon-γ(INF-γ),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)]of the two groups were detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.49%(43/47)higher than 76.60%(36/47)of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had more decrease than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the conditions before treatment,SOD and INF-γin the two groups were up-regulated,while MPO,MDA,hs-CRP and PCT were down-regulated after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had higher or lower level than the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.89%(7/47),higher than 6.38%(3/47)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Maxing Weijing Decoction combined with azithromycin has desirable curative effect on children with pneumonia,which significantly improves the clinical symptoms and reduces the oxidative stress and inflammation,with high safety.
