个体化饮食指导联合二甲双胍对妊娠糖尿病患者妊娠并发症及血糖水平的影响

Effects of Individualized Dietary Guidance Combined with Metformin on Pregnancy Complications and Blood Glucose Levels in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析个体化饮食指导+二甲双胍对妊娠糖尿病患者妊娠并发症及血糖水平的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月福建省松溪县医院妇产科收治的60例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象。根据干预方式不同将其分组为参照组(n=30)、研究组(n=30),参照组给予二甲双胍治疗,研究组在二甲双胍治疗基础上联合个体化饮食指导,对比两组患者的妊娠并发症发生率、血糖指标变化。结果干预后,研究组患者血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖等血糖指标较参照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),妊娠并发症发生率为0较参照组更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05)。结论个体化饮食指导+二甲双胍用于妊娠糖尿病患者中,对降低其妊娠并发症率,以及改善患者血糖水平,均有显著效果。

Objective To analyze the effects of individualized dietary guidance plus metformin on pregnancy complica-tions and blood glucose levels in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes ad-mitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Songxi County Hospital in Fujian Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into reference group(n=30)and study group(n=30).The reference group was given metformin treatment,and the study group was combined with individualized dietary guidance based on metformin treatment.The pregnancy complication rate and blood glucose index were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood glucose in-dex values of hemog lobin A1c fasting blood glucose,z-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy complications was lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.629,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of individualized dietary guidance plus metformin in patients with gestational diabetes has a significant effect on reducing the rate of pregnancy complications and improving the blood glucose level of patients.
