妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗和个体营养干预的临床应用效果探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Application Effect of Standardized Treatment and Individual Nutritional Intervention in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施规范化治疗+个体营养干预的价值。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月费县人民医院妇产科收治的106例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,单双数分为比照组、调查组,各53例。比照组行常规治疗,调查组行规范化治疗+个体营养干预。比较两组血糖指标、营养状态、并发症及不良新生儿结局。结果干预后,调查组血糖指标低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,调查组营养状态评分高于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查组并发症发生率低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查组不良新生儿结局发生率低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化治疗+个体营养干预可降低妊娠期糖尿病患者并发症发生率,恢复血糖水平,纠正营养状态,减少不良新生儿结局。

Objective To study the value of implementing standardized treatment+individual nutritional interven-tions for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 106 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Feixian People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into the comparison group and the investigation group by the odd-even method,each with 53 cases.The control group carried out conventional treatment,and the investigation group carried out standardized treatment+individual nutritional intervention.Glycemic indexes,nutritional status,complications and adverse neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,blood glucose indexes in the investigation group were lower than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nutritional status score of the investigation group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of compli-cations was lower in the investigation group than in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in the investigation group was lower than that in the com-parison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized treatment+indi-vidual nutritional interventions can reduce the incidence complications,restore blood glucose levels,correct nutri-tional status,and reduce adverse neonatal outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes.
